Our Story
Our brand wuff. was founded in the UK with the goal of creating sustainable and high quality products for your dog which are fairly priced, while also being kind to our planet.
We have a two year old (highly energetic) Cockapoo named Pepper, who we brought into our family as a puppy. In the time we have been dog parents, we have found ourselves looking for high quality products that are made sustainably but still look good. Too often we spot a lead, collar or other accessory that we love only to find that its either several hundred pounds or made overseas using unsustainable materials and unfair working practices that take advantage of underprivileged local communities.
We are based in the North East and all of our products are handmade using pre-loved, recycled materials which no longer fit their current purpose and would otherwise end up in landfill. We produce in small batches with a limited number of each run and individually source the materials for each product. Using recycled materials means no two products are the same, and all of our range has a story behind the materials used.
We focus on fair, accessible pricing to allow everyone a chance to try out our products. While its true that you will find cheaper alternatives in some of the national pet stores, you can buy our products safe in the knowledge that you are purchasing a quality item made in the UK without the guilt of mass market production.
A portion of the profits from each sale are donated to dog charities across the North of England where we are based. Buying each product has a positive impact to the lives of those dogs who haven’t had the best chance in life.
